The staff was exceptional, especially Carolyn and Debra, who showed great empathy when I had to unexpectedly extend my stay due to health concerns. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to Beale Street and the riverfront, perfect for exploring Memphis. the hotel even hosted NBA teams during their games against the Memphis Grizzlies - a unique experience for basketball fans. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the cozy lobby to the well-equipped fitness center. the room was immaculate, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. the bar on the 7th floor offered great drinks and live music, exceeding my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown Memphis. Whether you're a solo traveler like me or with a companion, this hotel caters to all.
